Website information

Privacy & legal information.

How Frontier Taxation handles website enquiries, and the limits that apply before a matter is formally accepted.

Frontier Taxation operates this website for international tax advisory enquiries. For information submitted through this website, Frontier Taxation determines why and how that information is used. Questions and data-rights requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information collected

The enquiry form may collect your name, work email, organisation, matter type, matter outline and timing. Cloudflare may also process limited technical and security information, such as IP address, browser and request data, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, operate Turnstile and provide aggregate web analytics.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether and how a matter may be accepted, protect the website and contact form, and retain necessary professional and administrative records. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this processing supports steps requested before a possible engagement, legitimate interests in handling professional enquiries and site security, and compliance with legal obligations.

Service providers and international processing

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, Turnstile, aggregate analytics and email routing, and Resend for contact-form email delivery. Email providers are also used to receive and store correspondence. These providers may process information in more than one country under their contractual and legal safeguards. Information is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

Routine enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally deleted within 12 months. Information connected with an accepted matter, a legal obligation, a dispute or the establishment or defence of legal claims may be retained for longer where necessary. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or to object to its use. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. Contact [email protected] to make a request.

No engagement or privilege through the website

Sending an enquiry does not create an adviser-client relationship, accept a matter or establish legal professional privilege. Do not send confidential documents, privileged material or time-sensitive filing instructions through the form. A matter is accepted only through an express written engagement after any necessary scope, conflict and jurisdiction checks.

Professional capacity and jurisdiction

The description "International Tax Counsel" describes the advisory role and experience presented on this website. It does not state that Frontier Taxation or the advisor is authorised to practise law, conduct litigation or carry on another reserved professional activity in every jurisdiction. Any jurisdiction-specific representation or reserved activity is undertaken only where expressly agreed and permitted by the applicable professional rules.

Website content

Website content is general information, not legal or tax advice, and should not be relied on for a transaction, filing, dispute or other decision. Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
